Barry R. Farr, President, CBI Bonding, Inc.

Barry began his career with Aetna Casualty & Surety Company in 1968; 13 years later, Barry founded Constructors Bonding Inc.; which would become one of the largest surety providers in Arizona.  In 1997 Barry was honored by the National Association of Surety Bond Producers with its Tiger Trust award for service in promotion for the use of surety bonds.  Barry partnered with Greg Griffith in 2001 to create Constructors Bonding Inc. of Nevada, where he maintains the role of  vice-president.    In 2009, Barry dissolved his relationship with Constructors Bonding Inc. and founded CBI Bonding Inc. which continues to thrive under his business direction and leadership.

Andy Farr, Vice President, CBI Bonding, Inc.

Andy graduated from Arizona State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in May 2002. Shortly thereafter in August of that year he began his career in surety with Constructors Bonding, Inc. He allocated his time early on in the company to study the Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) and completing the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) level I and II bond school. In May 2008, Andy attained his insurance license in Property and Casualty to become a producer for CBI Bonding, Inc., handling both new and current business held by CBI. He was promoted to the role of Vice President in 2011. He currently resides in Mesa with his wife Angela and their children.

Greg is an alumnus of Rider University, where he obtained his degree in Finance. Greg’s career began with St. Paul Surety in 1990 in the firm’s home office in New Jersey. He was transferred to Chicago, and, later, to Phoenix. In 1998 Greg was promoted to Branch Manager of St. Paul, leading the firm as the largest surety writer in Arizona. Greg joined Constructors Bonding, Inc. in 2000. Greg moved to Las Vegas to head CBI operations in 2001. CBI's growth in this vital market has been exceptional under Greg's direction.

Debbie has been with CBI since August 2006.  Prior to that she worked in the Budget Division at Department of Energy in Golden, Colorado for 4 years and prior to that, Department of Defense, Non Appropriated Funds, in Stuttgart, Germany; as an  accountant in Central Accounting Division,  and later, as Chief, Budget and Manpower Branch, Financial Management Division.  Debbie and her husband, Peter, have three children and two grandchildren and reside in Gilbert, AZ.

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the surety bond industry, the majority of that time with our agency.    She has account management experience ranging from various commercial and subdivision business to small, medium and large construction programs.   She is a past member of Women's Surety Association and National Association of Women in Construction.    Stephanie and her husband Leonard have 1 son, Brandon and reside in Gilbert, AZ.

Gregory P. Griffith, Vice President, CBI Bonding, Inc.

President, Constructors Bonding, Inc. of Nevada

Crysta joined Constructors Bonding, Inc in 2002 when they expanded into Nevada, having worked on the agency side of the surety industry since 1980. Knowledgeable about both contract and commercial surety, she obtained the designations of Associate in Fidelity & Surety Bonding and Certified Insurance Counselor (long, long, ago.)
Based in Las Vegas, she provides outstanding customer service for CBI Bonding (when she’s not otherwise occupied with grandchildren, a couple of cats, a flower garden, and spending time with her husband & family at their Utah cabin).
